Rosanna On…TARP!

Posted by admin On February - 13 - 2009

I would not have voted for the TARP legislation. I believe it is the greatest fleecing of the American taxpayers ever in History. There is NO ACCOUNTABILITY or TRANSPARENCY, And they knew it when they gave out our money.

Has TARP been effective so far? Show me the everyday average American Citizen who has been helped. Has there been a turnaround in the housing market? That’s who it was supposed to help, it has not and it is a great American atrocity, we have been lied to by both the Democrats and the Republicans in Washington DC.

Congress should not pass the stimulus package; we should get tax cuts instead. Besides, why should Stimulus money that will be payed by the up coming generation be handed out to illegal aliens who knowingly broke our laws? Obama has remained mum about the opinions expressed by his economic adviser. Stimulus for some but not all. American Workers pay attention: This means that Obama’s Stimulus package will work based on the color of your skin, Not your job skills. No Congress should not pass this stimulus package.

DEFENDING OUR CHICAGO POLICE OFFICERS

The Chicago and Illinois Minutemen Project members sat through the hearing at Chicago City Hall Tuesday August 5th 2008. We got there early at 8am so we would make sure we could testify. We left at 1:30pm and by then only four Minutemen were allowed speak. The meeting was called by pro-illegal alien lobby Chicago Alderman to beat up on our Chicago Police Department.

What we are witnessing is the dismantling of justice. Hearsay from illegal aliens is held in higher esteem than the testimony of our police officers. Danny Solis and Billy Osaico — two Hispanic aldermen — want all illegals all the time. What we saw with our own eyes was shameful and disgraceful. The very lives of Chicago Police officers is at risk and no one seems to care, certainly not Hispanic Chicago Aldermen.
Not only were illegal aliens preferred over American Citizens by the Hispanic City Aldermen. The Minutemen sat in the first row and while the Sun times and the Tribune wrote articles on this meeting, there was no report of our testimonies calling for an end to Sanctuary Policies in Chicago and No report of us defending the Chicago Police Department and no report that there was opposition to the Anarchy and lawlessness that was going on at the pleasure of the Open Borders aldermen.
6 Minutemen wanted to testify on behalf of Law Abiding Citizens of Chicago and only 4 were called up to speak. While the crowd was filled with actual illegal aliens who were paraded with their children up infront of the aldermen and Chicago Police Officials. Some could not speak a word of English and had interpretors. The pro-ilegal people were favored 3 to1 to come up and speak. An African American man who wanted to testify against illegal immigration was denied the right to speak in favor of illegal aliens.
While we tried our best to defend our Chicago Police officers and the danger illegal aliens pose to their very lives, both Fran Speilman, Chicago Sun Times Reporter and Hal Dardick of the Chicago Tribune choose not to report what really went on and do not care to report both sides of the story.
Thank God we have places like Illinois Review to tell the public what really went on.
Families and friends of Chicago Police officers should be outraged. Our officers have a tough enough job without having their hands tied behind their back when doing their job with people who carry false identification and have no allegiance to America and try to escape the rule of law.
In the words of Rick Biesada when we left we realized as Minutemen we had just all witnessed our first Mexican Hootenanny.
God Help us all.

Help Rosanna Win 5th District Primary!

This election presents a window of opportunity to send a conservative voice to Washington — someone who will fight for the families and freedoms that are currently under attack. But I am just a regular citizen.  I don’t have the support or financial backing of a huge, corrupt party behind me — that’s why I need people like YOU behind me.

And because this is such a rare opportunity, it’s crucial that we all exercise our right and responsibility to make our voices heard.  February 2nd is right around the corner.  I encourage you to participate fully in this election, and to remind your family and friends in the 5th District to do so as well.

Illegal Immigration

Posted by admin On February - 8 - 2009

Don’t get me started. Illegal immigration is not a Victimless crime. It hurts American workers and Legal Immigrants. It hurts the taxpayers of Illinois to the tune of 3.5 BILLION dollars a year. We must give American workers a break and demand that every business uses E-Verify which allows businesses to check if their potential employee is legal to work in the United States.

I am all for Family Re-unification…the Mantra of Illegal aliens. Did you know that since the September 11Th terrorist attacks over 46,000 Americans have died at the hands of illegal aliens in the streets of America? Will those American families ever be united again? Not a chance. We must stop the unquenchable thirst for cheap labor by Big Business, who want the American taxpayer to foot the bill for Free services for illegal aliens. It has bankrupted our country. Can we stop illegal immigration? Se Si Puede!!

Seniors

Posted by admin On February - 8 - 2009

I have been a caregiver to both of my parents and I know there is a great number of folks out their who find themselves seeking out “Senior Care services” literally overnight.

Yes, I know it is tough and overwhelming at times.

Our present day seniors citizens, sometimes referred to as “The Greatest Generation” built this country and fought for this country. Now in their golden years, they are looking for a little help in return. Because I was engulfed in this issue while taking care of my mother, It grew into a love for being an advocate for senior citizens and their families who care for them. In fact I hosted a radio show for Seniors so they could get educated on services offered to them. We must take care of and treat our seniors with the Dignity they deserve! This failing economy has got to be a real worry to our “Older and Wiser gang” We must make sure that they get the services they need instead of free prescription drug and health care going to illegal aliens, what a tragedy!

Viva La Seniors!!

One of the measures of a more highly civilized society, is its attitude towards its weaker members. If the poor, the sick, the handicapped, the mentally ill, the helpless are not protected, the society is not as advanced as in a society where they are protected. The more mature the society is, the more there is respect for the dignity and rights of all human beings. The function of the laws of the society, is to protect and provide for all members so that no individual or group of individuals can be victimized by another individual group. Every American has a vital stake in what value system is adopted towards its weak, aged, cripple, it’s helpless intra-uterine members; a vital stake in who chooses life or death.

Do we accept killing a human being because of a temporary, emotional upset? All obstetricians and gynecologists know of many cases where the mother, be her single or married, has spoken of abortion early in the pregnancy and later on, has confessed her gratitude to those who have not performed the abortion. On the other hand, we have all seen women what have been troubled, consumed with guilt and Depression following and because of abortion.

Abortion hurts women!
